Beef Short Ribs Recipe
The summer is quickly approaching so you know what that means right? A lot of barbecue and beach. In this week’s post, I want to share with you a very simple recipe for beef short ribs. You can either use a barbecue or a cast iron skillet. You will need:
- 1 lb of baby back ribs
- Honey
- Paprika
- Cayenne Pepper
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Chili Powder
- Salt
- Ground pepper
Season the short ribs with honey, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, and chili powder. Let them marinate overnight.
The next day, the ribs are well marinated and ready. Cook the ribs on a cast iron skillet until they look seared from the outside.
Once seared, finish them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, flipping them half way through.
The ribs are now ready to serve with your prefered side dish.
