Dinner with a chance of meatballs
Hope everyone had a nice Easter/Passover weekend. I actually celebrate both since I’m Catholic and my boyfriend is Jewish so it was a very busy weekend for me! On top of two celebrations I also had to play catch up on work and new post coming up so stay tuned… This week I want to teach you another easy/cheap meal because I love to cook easy and cheap for those days you really don’t feel like cooking or you don’t want to spend so much. So, I will show you how to make meatballs without the pasta lol. I’m not a big fan of pasta so I try to stay away from it but feel free to change my recipe up and include pasta if you wish. You can also try ground lamb instead of beef. I know I did meatballs with lamb once and they were the best meatballs I ever had!
Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 clove of garlic
- Basil
- Onions
- Paprika
- Herbs the provence
- Garlic Salt
- Bosarai Salt
Instructions
Dice some garlic, basil, and onions.
Season the ground beef with herbs, the provence, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and paprika.
Combine the beef and the ingredients using your hands to thoroughly mix them.
Once all mixed together, form the mixture into meat balls.
Use a heated cast iron and cook meatballs between a medium to medium high temperature.
Cook for a few minutes until brown, then flipped them.
Cook until the whole meatball is brown.
Bon Appétit!
